Products and ordering

Online sales are in euros, in full cases and the stated quantities. Characteristics, size and pack contents are shown on the product page. The summary before submission shows quantities, taxes, shipping and total. Check your details and accept these terms before placing an order with an obligation to pay. Receipt is confirmed by email; you can save the summary and view orders in your account.

Payment and delivery

Available methods are shown at checkout. Cards are handled by the payment provider: PrimoAmore does not receive the full card number. Costs and destinations are checked in the basket. The seller’s standard delivery time is 5–7 working days; customers are informed of any obstacles. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we contact the customer to agree a solution or refund items not supplied.

Support and rights

For damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products, contact us with your order details. Statutory consumer protections remain applicable, including the legal conformity guarantee.
