Privacy Policy

Updated: 17 September 2026. This notice describes the company website, catalogue and contact enquiries. The online shop allows purchases and order management.

Data processed and purposes

Browsing and security: IP address, date and time, requested resources, technical browser information and any errors are processed to deliver the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in security and the proper operation of the service.
Contact enquiries: Name, email, subject, message and product reference are used to reply. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps requested by the individual for quotations and supplies; for other enquiries, it is the legitimate interest in handling received communications. Required fields are needed to reply. Do not include sensitive data.
Spam protection: After your consent, Google reCAPTCHA assesses technical interaction signals and produces a score used to accept or block form submissions. You can withdraw this choice in privacy preferences and use other contact channels. No decision with legal effects on the individual is made.
Privacy preferences: we store your choice about external services, the notice version and the date of your choice in your browser.
Existing commercial relationships: customer data and previous orders continue to be processed to manage relationships, support and legal obligations. Suspending the shop does not delete orders or customer rights.

The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The website does not activate advertising tools or marketing analytics.

Recipients and external services

Authorised staff and providers needed for hosting, maintenance and communication can access data. Form messages are delivered through Microsoft 365. Google reCAPTCHA is contacted only after consent and when you request submission. WhatsApp links open an external service only when selected.

International providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable service terms and GDPR safeguards. You may ask the controller for information about applicable safeguards and providers involved. Also consult the notices from Google e Microsoft.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the communication and any resulting relationships; further retention depends on legal obligations and any need to establish or defend a right. Website access logs rotate every 7 days. Spam counters use pseudonymous identifiers and limited time windows, with automatic cleanup during submissions. Browser privacy choices expire after six months. Backups follow the operational retention cycle and are reserved for recovery.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and withdraw consent without affecting previous processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise your rights, use the controller’s contact details above.

Online purchases

We process contact details, addresses, orders and payment status to perform the contract, assist customers and fulfil accounting and tax obligations. Necessary data is shared with PayPal payment providers and delivery operators. Card information is handled by the payment provider. Documents subject to mandatory retention are kept for the statutory periods. Selected payment services may involve international transfers under the provider’s safeguards and privacy notices.

When available, you may choose Google or Facebook to create an account or sign in. The selected service shares your profile identifier and authorised essential details, such as name and email, to recognise you and manage your customer account. We do not receive your social account password, publish on your profile or request access to your contacts. Social sign-in is optional: email registration remains available.

The procedure connects to the chosen service only when you select its sign-in option. You can manage connections in your account details and request deletion by following the instructions for deleting your account and data. External services also process data under their own notices: Google e Meta.

Aggregate website statistics

We use Koko Analytics on our server to count page views, identify popular content and referring websites. This configuration uses no analytics cookies, fingerprints or identifiers to recognise visitors. Repeat views are counted separately: we do not measure unique people. Aggregate statistics are kept for 12 months and are accessible only to authorised administration users. We do not use external analytics services or advertising pixels.
