Account and data deletion

To request deletion of your PrimoAmore account, use the contact form and give the email address associated with your profile. Write “Account deletion” in the message. Do not send passwords or social login credentials.

We will verify ownership of the profile before proceeding. This request concerns your account data on this website; it does not delete your Google or Facebook account. Order data subject to retention obligations is handled according to the privacy notice.

If you linked a social account, you can also manage the connection under Account details. You can also revoke website access in your Google or Facebook settings.
