The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The seller offers the option to have the product picked up by an express courier directly from the address provided by the customer, at a cost of €15.00 for Italy, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Refunds

The refund process is initiated immediately by Customer Service as soon as you make the return.

The refund is usually processed using the same method you used for payment: for example, if you paid by bank transfer, the amount you spent will be credited back to you.

Il rimborso avviene solitamente tra 14 giorni (nel caso di recesso) dall’invio della Conferma Ordine e 30 giorni (nel caso di rimborso parziale per l’indisponibilità di uno o più prodotti) dalla ricezione della Comunicazione di recesso.
