Consumer right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, you may notify withdrawal within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to specific statutory exceptions. You can use the contact form, certified email (PEC) tmclascari@pec.it, or write to PRIMOAMORE S.R.L., Contrada Piana Romana SNC, 90010 Lascari (PA), Italy.

Give your name, contact details, order number and date, products concerned and receipt date. Example: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for order …, received on …, for the following products …”.

Return the goods within 14 days of notification. Contact us to arrange return to C.da Porracina SNC, 98070 Pettineo (ME), Italy. Direct return costs for a change of mind are borne by the customer. Prior authorisation is not required to exercise this right.

We refund within 14 days of notification using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed at no cost; we may wait until goods or proof of dispatch are received. The refund includes standard delivery, but not surcharges for more expensive delivery chosen by the customer.

The withdrawal procedure does not limit statutory guarantees or remedies for damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
