Il Rustico is made from cold-processed Italian olives. It has full fruitiness and a bold personality, designed for recipes in which oil is an ingredient: pulse soup, a slowly simmered sauce or a warm bruschetta.
In your kitchen
Country bread, pulse soups and roasted or grilled vegetables: Il Rustico complements Mediterranean cooking, both as a finishing oil and in cooked dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat, between 14°C and 18°C. Keep the container tightly closed after use.
Extra virgin olive oil obtained from Olea europaea L. fruit, 100% Italian, extracted exclusively by cold mechanical processes, without solvents or chemical treatments, respecting the fruit’s sensory and nutritional characteristics.
