Il Rustico is made from cold-processed Italian olives. It has full fruitiness and a bold personality, designed for recipes in which oil is an ingredient: pulse soup, a slowly simmered sauce or a warm bruschetta.
Use it to prepare sauces or add it to the finished dish. On grilled vegetables, in soups and with grilled fish, its flavour complements cooking based on simple ingredients and distinctive tastes.
